Langelier Major Project

7373, boulevard Langelier,
Montréal, H1S 1V7, Québec

One of the largest real estate projects in Montréal!

Located on a large strategic site in Montréal’s east end, this project aims to transform a key area into a complete, connected, and sustainable living environment.

One of the largest real estate developments currently underway in Montréal, this major project, led by Groupe MACH and targeting LEED® certification, introduces a distinctive urban composition built around seven blocks designed as true living environments. Each block supports a mixed community, encouraging social and generational diversity, a range of uses, and varied residential typologies. Together, these blocks function as autonomous yet interconnected neighbourhoods.

Two structuring anchors reinforce this urban framework. The future Madeleine-Parent metro station serves as a key driver of mobility and connectivity across the city, while the Jean-Milot Woodland provides a strong natural anchor, extending the adjacent large urban park and enhancing overall quality of life.

Covering approximately 1,450,000 sq. ft., equivalent to 25 football fields, the site extends along Jean-Talon Street and Langelier Boulevard. Currently identified as a significant urban heat island, the area is being reimagined through a bold and human-centred vision that prioritizes active mobility, social diversity, biodiversity, and the creation of a high-quality urban environment.
