Throughout summer 2025, Centre Les Rivières experienced a series of openings and expansions that reinforce its commercial positioning and respond to changing consumer behaviour.
Completed projects include a new Pandora store of approximately 2,000 sq. ft., the arrival of Womance in a space of roughly 2,110 sq. ft., and the expansion of Sports Experts. The Sports Experts project added 2,466 sq. ft., bringing the store’s total area to 31,030 sq. ft.
Together, these initiatives contribute to a more diversified tenant mix, an enhanced shopping experience, and sustained overall foot traffic at the centre.
